In Celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, we would like to emphasize how LUCKY we feel to work in such a resilient industry.
Here are a few projects we feel LUCKY to be working on currently:
Located in the Northern suburbs of Denver, this 480 -unit Garden Style required some extensive repairs. Our skilled crews have completed landing repairs, siding replacement, dry rot throughout and now our painting crews are just finishing up on the exterior repaint.
Our first project at Lodges was back in 2012, which included dry rot replacement and exterior painting, because of our quality of work we were asked to come back to do the full repaint.
We partnered with another local General Contractor to get other projects executed at the property and the outcome has been phenomenal.
Our Northern California crews are hard at work on this 565- unit community located in Sacramento, CA. We are replacing dry rot, vinyl siding, topping it all off with a full exterior repaint. Painting vinyl is not something to trust just any company to paint.
We have extensive experience with this product, ECC understands the process on how to correctly prep and mobilizing it to avoid any issues in the future and always address all aspects with owners before commencing the project.
