Summer has arrived, with guidelines in most states being lifted we are seeing everyone out and about and getting back to normal.We have been able to have in person events and we are loving seeing you all again.

Yesterday June 29th, ECC’s Business Development team was able to enjoy a day on the links at Green Valley Ranch, for the Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s Golf Super Series *Ladies on The Link* We had a great time!

Our roofing, carpentry, painting and waterproofing crews are busy at work bringing your exteriors back to good as new condition.

Roosevelt Point

This 8-Story, 326 unit Midrise Student Housing is getting a whole new look before the new school year.We are utilizing a process known as electrostatic painting to help attain an even coverage inside decorative perforated metal boxes. The electrostatic application allows us to use positively charged paint particles exiting the spray gun to evenly coat all areas of the negatively charged (or grounded) metal surface.In addition to better coverage this process allows for us to use about 95% of sprayed paint due to reduced over-spray and better wrap around.
