This 8-Story, 326 unit Midrise Student Housing is getting a whole new look before the new school year.
We are utilizing a process known as electrostatic painting to help attain an even coverage inside decorative perforated metal boxes. The electrostatic application allows us to use positively charged paint particles exiting the spray gun to evenly coat all areas of the negatively charged (or grounded) metal surface.
In addition to better coverage this process allows for us to use about 95% of sprayed paint due to reduced over-spray and better wrap around.
